  • Every day: 
  1. Wake up at 7am. Even if you don’t want to. You’re perfectly capable of dragging your lazy body up.
  2. Drink 10 glasses of water.
  3. Eat less - no emotional eating/cravings. 
  4. Jog for 30 minutes. EVEN IF YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE IT.
  5. Do the 7 minute workout challenge (app). 
  6. When you feel numb or depressed, listen to music or exercise (always works).
  7. Do everything on your to do list. NO EXCUSES,
  8. Sit up straight - don’t slouch, it’s ugly. Make an effort.
  9. Get up every hour (no matter what) to stretch and do 20 squats.
  10. Eat gum/drink 2 cups of water if you want to eat.
  11. Don’t let anyone pressure you into eating.
  12. Put 100 % focus into studying. Don’t fucking procrastinate or you’ll never be the best. If you can’t, use the Focus app.
  13. Do not be rude/show that you’re depressed when with friends.
  14. Don’t give in to negative, heavy thoughts. Act happy all the time. 
  15. Fake confidence/happiness until you become truly that.
  16. Make an effort with your appearance for once.
  17. Have a nicer, sweeter voice and laugh. 
  18. Make EVERYONE I meet feel loved and special.
  19. Don’t be influenced by negative people who want to see you fail.
  20. Go to sleep at 12 at the latest. (11:30 is ideal)

After 30 days you will be skinny, feel amazing and become the perfect girl.

Don’t give up or you’ll be a fat ugly loser forever.
